Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Axolot Media's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Provided

Axolot Media provides management, marketing, and operational support services tailored for creators in the furry fandom. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Retainer Contract before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

For monthly retainers, payments are due upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle. For one-time projects, a 50% deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original characters, artwork, and brand identity. Any assets created by Axolot Media specifically for your brand (logos, overlays, etc.) become your property upon full payment of the associated invoice.

5. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Any business metrics, customer data, or unreleased project details shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly retainer agreement with 14 days written notice. Any prepaid services for the remainder of the month will be fulfilled or refunded at our discretion.
